Motivation and Conflict Resolution
This training seminar will help you to understand workplace conflict, its causes and its impact. Conflict resolution is often seen as a 'win-lose' situation, or a constant series of compromises. This training will help you understand and deal with conflict in a way that considers and respects the individual as well as cultural differences. You will be able to recognise the kinds of language that hinder or help relationships, size up the situation and keep it from becoming destructive to ongoing business relationships.
The training seminar uses accelerated learning methods to facilitate awareness, change and empowerment. This training is highly interactive, practical and skills-focused, leaving a tool bag of practical and proven techniques for individual and team success. The training has these objectives:

Training content and objectives: How the View Explains Our Differences.
This module recognizes that each of us has our unique window on the world, which is subjective, partial and likely to be distorted. This can explain why we are different from and often difficult for each other. Differences in Personality Types.

This module gives you guidelines to manage differences in open and honest ways without conflict or argument. This four-step model gives you the language and the processing for win-win.
